Launch of the Idarati platform
As part of the implementation of Law No. 55.19 on simplifying administrative procedures and formalities, the Moroccan government launched the national "Idarati" portal, aiming to bring the main administrative procedures together on a single online platform, to make life easier for citizens and businesses.
What does the platform offer?
- Check the list of documents required for each administrative procedure, in a clear, unified way
- Find out which authority handles each request and the processing times
- Track the status of certain requests online
- Download official forms
Impact of the platform on users
This platform is expected to gradually reduce the need for repeated trips between administrations, and limit requests for unnecessary documents (such as signature legalization or certified copies in many cases).
