Electronic criminal record certificate
As part of the Moroccan administration's digitalization programme, it is now possible to request the criminal record certificate (bulletin no. 3) through an online portal, without having to travel to court or queue.
Who needs this document?
The criminal record certificate is requested in most visa, immigration, employment and public tender files: it certifies the absence (or existence) of a criminal record for the person concerned.
Steps for the online request
- Go to the official online portal dedicated to criminal record requests
- Create an account or log in with your personal details
- Fill in the request form with your national ID number
- Pay the fee online (where applicable)
- Receive the document electronically or collect it from the chosen court
Translating the criminal record certificate
