Recognition of foreign qualifications
People holding a university degree issued by a foreign institution, who wish to work or continue their studies in Morocco, usually need to have their degree recognized by the competent body (Ministry of Higher Education), so it is administratively recognized on the same footing as a Moroccan degree.

Generally required documents
Legalized copy of the original degree (Apostille or diplomatic legalization depending on the country), detailed transcript of the years of study, sworn translation of both documents into Arabic or French, plus the application form specific to the recognition committee.
