Sending documents abroad during Covid
The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted some regular flights and shipping services, leading many of our clients living abroad to ask about the best way to receive their translated and legalized documents under these exceptional circumstances.
Available options
- Poste Maroc: through its regular and registered international postal services, though sometimes with longer delivery times
- International courier companies (DHL, FedEx, etc.): faster, with precise shipment tracking, at a higher cost
- Digital delivery: sending a scanned copy (PDF) of the signed and stamped sworn translation, while the paper original is on its way
Our advice
We always recommend requesting an immediate digital copy of your sworn translation as soon as it's ready, so you can use it in urgent situations (for example by email), while sending the stamped original afterwards by whichever means best suits your situation.
